BBI’s General Fund (where needed most): This is the financial backbone of the ministry. It covers the most essential organizational expenses…staff salaries, administration, communication, equipment, travel and insurance in both the US and Latvia.
Memorial Gifts: Gifts given in memory of an individual. Dr. Herb Anderson, Craig Hosterman, Elizabeth Feldmanis, Doug Oren, Cheryl Renee McDonald and Jerome Kenagy.

Programs: Celebrate Recovery – Serving those struggling with destructive ‘hurts, hangups and habits’. Designed to Live – A mercy ministry of Bridge Builders International, led by Katie Leatherwood, to those affected by physical disability by empowering them physically, emotionally and spiritually with the intentional demonstration of the love of Jesus Christ. The O&P Mobile Care Unit will provide access to O&P services in Latvia for those affected by disability that are either denied the opportunity for O&P services or can not travel to obtain them. Project Access – Helping adapt buildings to be physically accessible so that ALL can come into God’s house and come to know Him. European Student Fund – Primarily helping Latvians study in the United States. Eagle’s Wings Camp – Summer Interns
Projects: Latvia Ministry trips – For those traveling to Latvia for BBI purposes (some past trips include, Mission Fest ’98, Hope ’99, Hoops 2000, Dallas-Riga 2000, Discover Latvia 2001, Experience Latvia, etc.). Publishing/Translation – Publishing selected books available in Latvian. Technology Funding – Acquiring IT equipment and supplies.
Partnering Organizations: Baltic Pastoral Institute – BBI has a special partnership with BPI in Riga. Chuck Kelley is Dean of International Relations. Camp Ganibas– Led by Bishop Peteris Sprogis in Uzava, Latvia. Eagle’s Wings Camp & Construction Projects – Located in Ergli, Latvia, the camp is led by Diks Bortnikov with Dan Roth. The Sheep Farm at Eagle’s Wings – Hope for Farm Families – For construction, livestock and operations of the Sheep Farm located at Eagle’s Wings. Helping farm families in Eastern Latvia. Led by Dan Roth. Mission Pakapieni – Ministry to families in need and unwed mothers. Directed by William Shultz. Latvian Christian Counseling Center – Located in Riga, Latvia. A full-spectrum Christian counseling center where licensed Christian counselors will be able to provide spiritual and emotional support and spiritual guidance to Christians in need.
