Ergli, LATVIA – One of our new traditions at Eagle’s Wings Camp is a winter banquet for parents and loved ones to share what we do and enjoy together in the summer.
The theme of this year’s banquet was “kas mes esam,” which is Latvian for “who we are.”
The youth shared testimonies, songs, and skits. They spoke about how God has worked through them in camps, with the Dutch outreach, and the mission trip to Georgia. We are both surprised and delighted as we rely on God’s leading. This year before the banquet, our guests were given a guided tour of the sheep barn. It was a pleasure to welcome so many guests and feel like one big family sharing love and joy!
It is such a privilege to work with these zealous youth and such a delight to have such a strong support team of family and friends. Again this year, as in previous years, we can say that God has given us a great team for His service!
